Now that he’s acquired Ryan O’Reilly and forward Noel Acciari from the St. Louis Blues, is Toronto Maple Leafs general manager Kyle Dubas done shopping?
No, thinks TSN network insider Darren Dreger.
Leafland is buzzing, as it should be. Sense is, Dubas isn’t done, which emphasizes an all-in approach. Kerfoot? Engval? Hol? Kampf? What collateral does Toronto use for another move? Very curious to see if ROR is a 3c or if there’s big league experimenting on the wing.

With no first-, second-, fourth-, and seventh-round picks in the next draft, and no second- or third-round picks in 2024, Dreger says the Leafs might be tempted to sacrifice unrestricted free agents in the making Alexander Kerfoot, Pierre Engvall, Justin Holl and David Kampf.
Also in their prospect bank, the Maple Leafs have top forward Matthew Knies, who has 18 goals and 34 points in 31 games this season with the University of Minnesota Gophers in the NCAA. , as is Kamloops Blazers center Fraser Minten, who has scored 25 goals in 41 games this year.
The Maple Leafs haven’t won a series since 2004.
