The NFL will land in Dublin in 2025! It is therefore a new city in the NFL world tour which has continued to increase in recent seasons in recent. The League announced it on social networks with a teaser video

Everything except a surprise
The NFL in Dublin is not a big surprise since the rumor of a meeting in Ireland did not stop increasing for several weeks or even months.
Unsurprisingly either, it is the Pittsburgh Steelers who will be the “at home” team for this Dublinoise meeting. Steelers indeed have the “rights” on Ireland in the international marketing program of the NFL. In addition, the family owner of the franchise, the Rooney, are from Ireland and saw their ancestors left the land of Saint Patrick in the 19th century.
The match will be played in the legendary lair of Croke Park and its more than 80,000 places. Long reserved for Gaelic sports, Croke Park opened up to rugby and football during the work of Aviva Stadium. The opportunity for European fans to soak up the singular and tragic history of this stage.

With eight games per season to program abroad, there is no doubt that other countries could finally welcome the League for a match. Ireland and France often return to discussions.
