Is the Russell Wilson case coming to an end? While the quarterback said he was still motivated to win in Denver (but also elsewhere…), it was Sean Payton's turn to speak this Tuesday.

During a press conference, the coach explained that the franchise should make a decision on the quarterback in the next two weeks.

» This week we are focused on the Combine. Next week we have a meeting with the owners. Then we will have a quick response. » declares the coach.

Sean Payton also added that it was his role to find the long-term solution at the quarterback position and that it was vital to make the right choice in a very tough division. Words which still suggest that Russell Wilson is no longer the preferred solution.

Note that for his part, George Paton (general manager) explained that no team has yet contacted Denver for an exchange of the player.
