Seahawks heal their trenches with Dre’Mont Jones

It was one of the names to follow on the defensive line, Dre’Mont Jones commits with the Seahawks. According to NFL Media, it’s a 3-way deal worth $51 million. Unaccustomed to early moves in the free agent market, this is a nice move signed by John Schneider, the franchise’s general manager.

Having become a major player and one of the defense forces of the Broncos, Jones therefore comes to reinforce Seattle. Only 26th NFL defense in 2022 including 30th against the run, the squad badly needed the addition of vital force, especially on the 1st curtain. He digitally replaces another former Broncos Shelby Harris cut hours before the start of this free agency.

Author of his best season in 2022 with 47 tackles including 6.5 sacks, the 26-year-old player has been in constant progress since his arrival with the pros.
