Rams: Matthew Stafford in post-concussion protocol

It is not yet clear when the injury took place, but the facts are there: Matthew Stafford (QB, Rams) has been included in the Rams’ post-concussion protocol. It was Sean McVay who announced it on Wednesday.

The coach has therefore indicated that he will take things one day after another, and the quarterback’s participation in Sunday’s game against the Cardinals is therefore uncertain. He must pass several tests before being allowed to play again.

Stafford has been sacked 28 times this season, the third most in the NFL. Against the Buccaneers last Sunday, he was hit 8 times and taken down four times.

Preview at the end of the 2020 season, John Wolford is currently Stafford’s understudy. For his only start in the regular season in the last game of the 2020 season, he led Los Angeles to victory… against the Cardinals.
