Power Ranking S9: Bengals jump into Top 5

The Bengals are doing it again from last year. In difficulty at the start of the season, Cincinnati is coming back strong with a second consecutive victory against a new solid opponent. Thus the Burrow gang re-enters the Top 5 for the first time since the first week (+5).

This week, we can also note the breakthrough of the Raiders (+4)Packers (+4) or even Texans (+3).

As a reminder, this hierarchy is not only based on the number of successes, but also on current form. If two teams are close and haven’t played each other recently, one wonders which one would win if the match were played today. Beating the strongest is not going to propel you to the top in the blink of an eye. Losing to one of the dunces won’t plunge you into the abyss either. One can win and tumble, bow and climb. This is the merciless law of Power Ranking…

1. Philadelphia Eagles (8-1)

Like last year, the Eagles dominate the NFL with 8 victories in 9 games.

The defense is improving, but Miami has still not beaten a direct competitor.
