Players of the Week 9: Saquon Barkley is on top

Saquon Barkley (RB, Eagles) was obvious again this week. The Eagles player is at the peak of his career. Spectacular and efficient, he trampled the Jaguars to lead the Eagles to their fourth victory in a row. His run during which he performs all the possible movements for a running back is just a glimpse of his complete game with 199 yards in total accompanied by 2 touchdowns.

Alongside Saquon Barkley in the NFC, we find a new rookie with Kamren Kinchens (S, Rams). LA's new nugget notably made an impression with an interception returned for a 103-yard touchdown. A record. He will have largely contributed to the victory obtained by forceps against the Seahawks. Blake Gilligin (P, Cardinals) is rewarded for pushing the Bears back into their camp throughout the game. Arizona stifled Chicago, which never saw the light of day.

In AFC too, it’s time for a show. Garrett Wilson (WR, Jets) accompanies Saquon Barkley with a legendary touchdown. His 90 yards and 2 touchdowns largely allowed New York to revive against the Texans. Trey Hendrickson (DE, Bengals) was hungry. He made short work of the Raiders. 4 sacks, 1 deflected pass, 1 forced turnover and victory. Tyler Bass (K, Bills) redeems himself. Stuck in a complicated start to the season on an individual basis, the kicker delivered Buffalo with a kick for the win from 61 yards, establishing a franchise record in the process.
