Players of the Week 7: New York New York

With Daniel Jones and Sauce Gardner, the two franchises of the Big Apple are spotlighted this week.

Accustomed to disappointing lately, the two New York franchises are surprising this season. In this week 7, they are both in the spotlight. If he was content to be clean with his arm, Daniel Jones trampled the defense of the Jaguars with his legs, ending the meeting with an average of 9.7 yards per carry. The quarterback allows the Giants to continue their almost perfect season. On the side of the Jets, it is a defensive rookie who has once again shone. Sauce Gardner has confirmed that he will be a strong contender for Rookie of the Year.

In NFC, Marco Wilson is rewarded in defense. His interception at the end of the first half reversed the momentum and revived the Cardinals’ badly embarked season. Another distinguished player, Joe Burrow put out an impressive performance against the Falcons, completing 81% of his attempted passes.

For special teams, kickers are in the spotlight. Perfect in a very defensive game, Randy Bullock allowed the Titans to achieve a very important victory in their division. Cairo Santos continues its perfect season with Chicago, achieving 11 field goals attempted since the start of the season.
