NFL Playoffs: Week 18 qualifying scenarios

Only two places left to take! One in each conference.

The Bengals are going to need a lot of help to create the feat. Because in the AFC, it is the Broncos who have their destiny in their hands.

In the NFC, match point is for the Buccaneers in the NFC South title race.

AFC Conference

Qualified for the playoffs:

Kansas City Chiefs (15-1) – AFC West champion, number 1 seed, bye week and home field advantage in the playoffs

Buffalo Bills (13-3) – AFC East champion, No. 2 seed

Houston Texans (9-7) – AFC South champion, No. 4 seed

Baltimore Ravens (11-5) – qualified for the playoffs

Los Angeles Chargers (10-6) – qualified for the playoffs

Pittsburgh Steelers (10-6) – qualified for the playoffs

Baltimore wins the AFC North and the No. 3 seed if:

Baltimore Ravens (11-5) vs. Cleveland Browns (3-13) – Saturday at 10:30 p.m.

BAL wins or draws
PIT loses or draws

Pittsburgh wins the AFC North and the No. 3 seed if:

Pittsburgh Steelers (10-6) vs. Cincinnati Bengals (8-8) – Saturday night at 2:00 a.m.

PIT wins + BAL loses

Cincinnati qualifies for the playoffs if:

Cincinnati Bengals (8-8) at Pittsburgh Steelers (10-6) – Saturday night at 2:00 a.m.

CIN wins + DEN loses + MIA loses or draws

Denver clinches qualify for the playoffs if:

Denver Broncos (9-7) vs. Kansas City Chiefs (15-1) – Sunday at 10:25 p.m.

DEN wins or draws
MIA loses or draws + CIN loses or draws

Miami qualifies for the playoffs if:

Miami Dolphins (8-8) at New York Jets (4-12) – Sunday at 10:25 p.m.

MIA wins + DEN loses

NFC Conference

Qualified for the playoffs:

Philadelphia Eagles (13-3) – NFC East champion, No. 2 seed

Los Angeles Rams (10-6) – NFC West champion

Detroit Lions (13-2 entering Monday Night Football in Week 17) – qualified for the playoffs

Green Bay Packers (11-5) – qualified for the playoffs

Minnesota Vikings (14-2) – qualified for the playoffs

Washington Commanders (11-5) – qualified for the playoffs

Detroit wins the NFC North and the No. 1 seed if:

Detroit Lions (13-2) vs. Minnesota Vikings (14-2) – overnight from Sunday to Monday at 2:20 a.m.

DET wins or draws

Minnesota wins the NFC North and the No. 1 seed if:

Detroit Lions (13-2) vs. Minnesota Vikings (14-2) – overnight from Sunday to Monday at 2:20 a.m.

MIN wins

Atlanta wins the NFC South division if:

Atlanta Falcons (8-8) vs. Carolina Panthers (4-12) – Sunday at 7 p.m.

ATL wins + TB loses

Tampa Bay wins the NFC South if:

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (9-7) vs. New Orleans Saints (5-11) – Sunday at 7 p.m.
