NFL Players of the Week 4: Revenant Khalil Mack

Invisible over the first three meetings, Khalil Mack woke up against the Raiders. Particularly motivated against the team that selected him in the draft, Mack devoured poor Aidan O’Connell. With 6 sacks and 2 forced fumbles, he greatly helped his team regain a balanced record. He is quite logically the defensive player of the week in the AFC. For the NFC, it is a rookie who is highlighted. Author of an interception returned for a touchdown after a 97-yard run, Devon Witherspoon contributed to the nightmare experienced by Daniel Jones on Monday.

In attack, we find two serious candidates for the MVP title. In AFC, Josh Allen is rewarded a second time in 4 weeks. A logical recognition as his match against the main division rival was perfect. Another player in great form, Christian McCaffrey continues to carry the attack for the undefeated 49ers. If he stays away from injuries, the running back could well be the first non-quarterback player to obtain the supreme individual award since Adrian Peterson in 2012.

For special teams, there are two kickers. Perfect in London, Brandon McManus allowed the Jaguars to win without trembling against the Falcons. In the NFC, the very solid Jake Eliott scored the winning field goal in overtime for Philadelphia.
