NFL Honors: second MVP title for Patrick Mahomes, New York in the spotlight

As he aims for a second championship ring on Sunday, Patrick Mahomes can already celebrate his second career MVP.

As the pressure continues to mount as the Super Bowl approaches, Thursday night was marked by the NFL Honors at Symphony Hall in Phoenix.

What you must remember ? Already Patrick Mahomes has unsurprisingly won his second MVP title of the season, winning no less than 48 first places out of 50. New York is also in the spotlight, with a title of coach of the year for the coach of the Giants Brian Daboll, and the two top rookie titles (offensive and defensive) for the Jets with receiver Garrett Wilson and cornerback Sauce Gardner.

The Offensive Player of the Year award went to Vikings star receiver Justin Jefferson, while the season’s best defenseman trophy went to Nick Bosa. Finally, the beautiful and surprising campaign of Geno Smith allowed him to win the title of comeback player of the year.
