The Dallas Cowboys entered the coaching market after everyone else by not finding an agreement to extend Mike McCarthy, who has led them to the playoffs three times in the last five years.

In an episode posted online Tuesday, the Cowboys defensive star did not hesitate to talk about a big reset in his team because of this departure.
