LIVE – Draft 2024: the 7th round analyzed choice by choice

Table of Contents

221. Buffalo Bills (via Carolina Panthers) – Travis Clayton (G, IPP)

And an international player to start this last round! Coming from England, Clayton will certainly have to go through the practice squad before dreaming of the NFL.

222. Washington Commanders – Javontae Jean-Baptiste (EDGE, Notre Dame)

Not necessarily built for the NFL physically, Javontae Jean-Baptiste is a fighter who will give everything to join the practice squad.

223. Las Vegas Raiders (via New England Patriots) – Trey Taylor (DB, AIr Force)

Fast and smart, Trey Taylor looks like one of those versatile defensive backs who can, with any luck, find a place in the NFL.

224. Cincinnati Bengals (via Arizona Cardinals) – Daijahn Anthony (S, Ole Miss)

While he doesn't have the speed to cover the entire field, Daijahn Anthony is an aggressive player who can come in and clean up if necessary. A shadow worker.

225. Los Angeles Chargers – Brenden Rice (WR, USC)

Big deal? Jerry Rice's son arrives in LA, with the possibility of making his place. He still needs to work on his routes, but he has the physical dimensions to join the squad as a rookie, rare for a 7th round.

226. Arizona Cardinals (via New York Giants) – Jaden Davis (DB, Miami)

Arizona stacks the picks and adds depth in the final curtain with the Miami player.

227. Cleveland Browns (via Tennessee Titans) – Myles Harden (CB, South Dakota)

Myles Harden is an interesting addition, he who has the explosiveness and intelligence to play inside and punish the opposing offense.

228. Baltimore Ravens (via New York Jets) – Nick Samac (C, Michigan State)

A player specializing in the running game, Nick Samac represents the typical profile of the player made for Baltimore.

229. Las Vegas Raiders (via Minnesota Vikings) – MJ Devonshire (CB, Pittsburgh)

A project for the Raiders, with an athletically interesting player but who still seems to have significant technical progress necessary for the NFL.

230. Minnesota Vikings (via Atlanta Falcons) – Michael Jurgens (C, Wake Forest)

Minnesota adds an experienced player at the center position, never negligible.

231. New England Patriots (via Chicago Bears) – Jaheim Bell (TE, Florida State)

Interesting receiver and always willing on the blocks, Jaheim Bell never seemed to reach his full potential but represents a potential surprise at the end of the draft.

232. Minnesota Vikings (via Denver Broncos) – Levi Drake Rodriguez (DT, Texas A&M Trade)

An athlete with good hands, Levi Rodriguez requires years of work before he can contribute in the NFL.

233. Dallas Cowboys (via Las Vegas Raiders) – Nathan Thomas (T, Louisiana)

Probably a guard in the NFL, Nathan Thomas has violent hands and good mobility. If he gains balance, he can become a good replacement.

234. Indianapolis Colts – Jonah Laulu (DT, Oklahoma)

The Colts already have people at defensive tackle, and so they allow themselves to take a project with Jonah Laulu from Oklahoma.

235. Denver Broncos (via Seattle Seahawks) – Devaughn Vele (WR, Utah)

A new deep threat for the Broncos, who give Bo Nix maximum targets.

236. Jacksonville Jaguars – Myles Cole (DE, Texas Tech)

A bully arrives in Jacksonville. IF his energy can be channeled, Myles Cole can hope to play in the NFL.

237. Cincinnati Bengals – Matt Lee (C, Miami)

Technically clean, Matt lacks experience and power. There remains a possible fallback solution.

238. Houston Texans (via New Orleans Saints)

239. New Orleans Saints (via Los Angeles Rams)

240. Carolina Panthers (via Pittsburgh Steelers)

241. Miami Dolphins

242. Tennessee Titans (via Philadelphia Eagles)

243. Cleveland Browns

244. Dallas Cowboys

245. Green Bay Packers

246. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

247. Houston Texans

248. Kansas City Chiefs (via Buffalo Bills)

249. Houston Texans (via Detroit Lions)

251. San Francisco 49ers

252. Tennessee Titans (via Kansas City Chiefs)

253. Los Angeles Chargers

254. Los Angeles Rams

255. Green Bay Packers
