When it comes to finding pass rushers, the Bills look West. After Von Miller last year, it’s Leonard Floyd’s turn to travel from Los Angeles to Buffalo.
ESPN announces that Floyd has signed up for a season with the Bills.
The 30-year-old was still surprisingly free since being cut by the Rams in March.
After a bumpy start to his career, Floyd has found some rhythm in the City of Angels, with at least nine sacks in each of the past three seasons.
Buffalo had not provided solutions to its pass rush during the Draft. They then signed Poona Ford, author of 3 sacks in Seattle in 2022. Then they extended Ed Oliver, and added a new possibility with Floyd.
As a reminder, Von Miller is trying to come back from a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his knee suffered last November. In recent days, he assured the press that he would be ready for the start of the upcoming season.
