After Usher, Kendrick Lamar!
The NFL wasted no time in announcing the name of the artist who will provide the halftime show for the next Super Bowl, in February 2025. It did so on the first Sunday of the season.
So it will be Kendrick Lamar.
Winner of 17 Grammy Awards and even a Pulitzer Prize, the Compton artist is one of the most recognized and decorated rappers of the last 15 years.
Kendrick Lamar has already performed at the Super Bowl halftime show
The Californian rapper already has a little experience with the halftime show since he participated in the February 2022 show with Eminem, Doctor Dre, Snoop Dogg and 50 Cent.
There may still be announcements regarding the show which will take place in February 2025 in New Orleans.
Barring a huge turnaround, Drake is unlikely to be on the list of invitees. The two men have been engaged in a rivalry involving killer songs for months.
