Justin Fields sent to the Steelers!

Justin Fields is sent to the Steelers for a 6th round pick! New stage for the pitcher and the Bears

The great waltz of the quarterbacks continues! Justin Fields is sent to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

According to Adam Schefter, the Steelers only had to give a 6th round in the 2025 draft. This 6th round could become a 4th if the player plays more than 51% of the actions in 2024.

With this arrival, the franchise has completely renewed its pitching squad for the coming season. So the idea seems to be to have Russell Wilson for one or two seasons and give Fields some learning time as number two.

Justin Fields gone, a quarterback in the Draft for the Bears?

For Chicago this seems to confirm more than ever that the franchise is moving towards a quarterback with the number 1 pick.

At 25 years old and after 3 seasons in the NFL, Justin Fields will have the opportunity to start from scratch. Objective ? Relaunch his career in the NFL.

Indeed, a former first round choice of the Bears, the former Ohio State player has never convinced.

Beyond his disappointing statistics (40 touchdowns, 30 interceptions thrown and only 6,674 passing yards in 40 games), Fields showed many deficiencies in reading the game. Perhaps a stint on the bench will make him good.
