When NFL teams lose some players in free agency, they receive compensatory picks in the next draft.
This year, 39 picks were distributed by the league to 16 teams. The list was made official on Wednesday evening. Caps were also awarded to teams that lost a minority employee (coach or manager) if they left for another team.
Of the 39 compensatory choices, San Francisco and Los Angeles (Rams) are doing the best, with 5 bonus selections. Four for the Chargers and two third rounds for the Saints who can also rejoice.
