Cowboys: Dak Prescott accused of sexual assault

Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott is accused of sexual assault. But he also filed a complaint for attempted extortion.

The sky is getting darker in Dallas. Cowboys starting quarterback Dak Prescott is accused of sexual assault. The authorities are currently carrying out investigations to try to clarify this matter. According to the Dallas Morning News, these are actually two complaints that are being investigated. First of all, that of the complainant: a woman accuses Prescott of sexual assault in a parking lot of a strip club, the “XTC Cabaret”. The facts date back to February 2, 2017.

At the same time, it was Prescott who filed a complaint. He accuses the complainant and her lawyers of attempted extortion. At this stage, it's difficult to know more. The Prosper Police Department, in charge of the investigation, is declining to comment at this time.

Prescott accused of changing his version

According to Yoel Zehaie, the alleged victim's lawyer, the Cowboys quarterback kept changing his version.

“First, he said he didn't know her… And now he says it's consensual… His lawyer first said that he (Prescott, Editor's note) doesn't know her. And then afterwards, well, he wanted more information to remember. »

In any case, the plaintiff does not intend to stop there. She would, according to Pro Football Talk, be ready to make a counterclaim after Prescott's complaint against her. It remains to be seen whether this case will go to court.
