Colts – Giants (33-45): Drew Lock eliminates Indianapolis

Drew Lock (17/23, 209 yards, 4 TD, 1 TD on the ground) gave the Giants the best game of his career. Well supported by Malik Nabers (171 yards, 2 TD), he snatches a victory for New York. But these results don't help anyone. The Giants may lose the first pick in the draft while the Colts say goodbye to the playoffs for good.

Deprived of Anthony Richardson, the latter did nothing to win. Joe Flacco (26/38, 330 yards, 2 TDs, 2 interceptions, 1 fumble) ran after the score all game. Alec Pierce (122 yards, 1 TD) and Michael Pittman Jr (109 yards, 1 TD) gave everything. In vain. It's a season full of frustration and uncertainty that is coming to an end for Indianapolis. The leaders have their work cut out for them ahead of next season.

Drew Lock on fire

Despite a few rhythmic throws, Joe Flacco was intercepted on the first possession by Dane Belton. The New Yorkers do not take advantage of this and punted after three games. At the edge of the red zone, Joe Flacco passes near the lost ball, covered by one of the linemen. The Colts are doing well with three points. On the next possession, Tyrone Tracy broke through the defense and Malik Nabers finished with a touchdown with speed and balance.

Behind, Matt Gay misses a 54-yard kick attempt for Indianapolis. The Giants are playing like they have never played this year. This time, Darius Slayton is on the receiving end of Drew Lock's pass. After another kick from the Colts, the latter finds a new receiver at the conclusion in the person of Wan'Dale Robinson. Jonathan Taylor responds to conclude the half, 21-13 for the New Yorkers.

Drew Lock and the Giants don't give up

The second half gets off to a flying start. Indeed, Ihmir Smith-Marsette brings the commitment back warm for a 100-yard touchdown. Jonathan Taylor continues his momentum from last week and enters the end zone again. The pace slows as New York clears and Indianapolis fails on the fourth attempt.

The Giants do the same and the Colts punt while being in the opposing half. Joe Flacco finally converts by finding Alec Pierce in the goal. However, the two-point conversion is missing and the Colts are still trailing 28 to 26. Drew Lock and Malik Nabers don't give up and step on the accelerator with a 59-yard touchdown. Flacco and Michael Pittman respond immediately.

Drew Lock plays the game of his life and scores again, this time on the ground. Flacco is intercepted once again by Dru Philips. The Giants score three more points, the Colts quarterback loses the ball following a sack by Kayvon Thibodeaux. The Colts lose the game and their last hopes of participating in the playoffs.
