The Chiefs have a new safety. ESPN announces that Justin Reid has signed up for three seasons with Kansas City.
Amount of the contract: 31.5 million dollars, of which 20 million guaranteed.
The player confirmed his arrival in Missouri on Twitter, with a photo-montage featuring him in his new colors.
At 25, Reid seems to be arriving to take over from Tyrann Mathieu, free of any contract.
Last season, Reid had 66 tackles, 2 interceptions, 4 passes defended and 1 forced fumble.
