The Ravens have won 31 games since the start of the 2021 season. Nic Cullison knows it, he just has to look at his body. Because after each success, this 28-year-old supporter got a tattoo.
The first was the score of the match won against the Chiefs on September 19, 2021 (36-35). It was his wife, a beautician, who engraved his skin with a gun purchased a few weeks earlier. Since then, the patterns have become more varied.
The latest is a freshly caught dolphin after Baltimore's big card against Miami in Week 17.
From tattoos to the Ravens title
In 2022, ESPN had already gone to meet Cullison. He is enlisted in the Navy and based in Oklahoma with his wife and daughter. On his body, there were already posts to celebrate a victorious 66-yard field goal and a few other tackles against defeated opponents.
Since then, everyone can follow his adventures on his account, and ESPN devoted a new report to it, this time on video. The opportunity to remember the goal of all this: it will stop when the Ravens have won the Super Bowl.
“It’s pretty incredible that someone would do that. He really likes tattoos. He clearly loves the Ravens. I’m all for it,” reacted fullback Patrick Ricard. “I think it’s super cool. I hope he doesn't have to get a lot more tattoos because we're going to win the Super Bowl. That he can just get a Lombardi tattoo and be done with it. »
