The days go by and the bad news accumulates for the Denver Broncos. After falling to the Colts, the franchise lost two starters for the season as reported by journalist Jordan Palmer.
First up is Garett Bolles, the 2020 All Pro second-team left tackle. A true leader of the offensive line, his departure is very bad news for Russell Wilson on his blind side. Calvin Anderson should recover the place except external recruitment.
The second absentee is cornerback Ronald Darby, who complements Patrick Surtain in the defensive backfield. The former Super Bowl winner with the Eagles tore his ligament and will be replaced by K’Waun Williams and Damarri Mathis, two solid players but far from having Darby’s experience.
