Bills: Curtis Samuel arrives for 3 years

Finally a new target for Josh Allen. According to ESPN, the Bills have agreed to a 3-year contract with Curtis Samuel. The amount would be 24 million dollars, 15 of which are fully guaranteed. The player could even receive up to 30 million depending on certain performance clauses.
