Will Zach LaVine stay with the Bulls?

This is the main question surrounding the Bulls : Zach LaVine will he be in the team at the start of the new season? Not guaranteed because, even if he is still under contract until 2026 (or 2027 with his “player option”), his name has appeared in certain rumors for a few weeks.

Thus, it is rumored that discussions would have taken place with the Sixers and the Blazers, where James Harden and Damian Lillard are respectively announced on the departure. Nothing very advanced yet, but the indication that the All-Star fullback might not be as untouchable as it looks at Chicago.

What is certain is that the asking price for Zach LaVine will be substantial, since he is in full force of age and holds a long-term contract. An asset of choice for the Bulls who, at the end of a year without playoffs, could be tempted by its market value to begin a reconstruction.

Referenced in the NBA, the 28-year-old player has averaged 25.1 points, 4.7 rebounds and 4.5 assists over the past five seasons, but his status as Chicago’s leader is no longer indisputable, given the presence of DeMar DeRozan for two years. In addition, we also remember that tensions had erupted with Billy Donovan last November, before being appeased…
