After ending 2023 with the Kobe 6 “Reverse Grinch” which was a global hit, then the Kobe 4 “Black Mamba”, Nike presented the future models of the signature collection of Kobe Bryant for 2024 last February. In particular, we were able to find this magnificent Kobe 4 Protro “Girl Dad”, in homage to the very strong bond that the Lakers legend had with his daughters.
The suede upper is covered in a subtle hint of pine green and a Swoosh also in suede, standing out in black. The base of the heel has a chrome reinforcement, and the whole thing rests on a translucent green and white sole. The Kobe Bryant logo appears in gray on the tongue. Behind the tongue, we find the inscription “Girl Dad”. We also see the numbers 24 and 2 on the heel, in homage to the numbers of Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gigi.
Announced for May 31 at a price of 190 dollars, the Kobe 4 Protro “Girl Dad” will be available on June 7 at a price of 179.99 euros (from 9 a.m.) on the app Nike SNKRS.
