The Suns will test Stanley Johnson and Jabari Parker

As the Suns finally intend to keep Deandre Ayton, the leaders will have to compose the group which will be responsible for surrounding the pivot but especially the trio Bradley Beal – Devin Booker – Kevin Durant.

With those four elements raking in more than $161 million next season, Phoenix won’t have much to offer the rest of the players, who will be signed mostly at minimum wage.

And the Bleacher Report indicates that the Suns will test two free players this Wednesday: Stanley Johnson and Jabari Parker.

The former, out of Arizona, has made 30 appearances for Spurs this season and is best remembered for his successful stint with the Lakers during the 2021/22 season. He had started many times, averaging 6.7 points and 3.2 rebounds in 22 minutes. The last few years have proven that the former 8th pick of the 2015 Draft remains an interesting player on short streaks.

For the second, on the other hand, his experience with the NBA is more distant. It dates back to 12 appearances for the Celtics in 2021/22, after only 13 games played the previous season. Since then, the former second choice of the 2014 Draft could no longer find a contract in the league, the fault in particular of his two ruptures of a cruciate ligament in the left knee, contracted in 2014 and 2017, but also to his big defensive limits.
