The return of Zach LaVine is taking shape

Since the end of November, Zach LaVine suffers from inflammation on the side of his right foot. To treat this, he received a PRP (platelet-rich plasma) injection in early December. And after more than a month of absence, his return is getting closer.

The Bulls guard was sent to the G-League team to train and gain strength since the Windy City Bulls don't play again until Friday. They therefore have the whole week to train, while, for their part, the Chicago players will play two matches in two days, in Philadelphia and New York, this Tuesday and Wednesday.

If Zach LaVine does not experience a relapse, he should be on the floor Friday night, against the Hornets, specifies NBC Sports.

The Bulls collective reveals itself without him

An expected return but also closely scrutinized because, without him, the Bulls found a smile and an interesting collective, with 10 victories in 15 matches. During this sequence, several players spoke of the newfound pleasure and altruism that reigns on the pitch. Words that inevitably resonate when the All-Star is not there and it will be necessary to check whether the good dynamic can survive his return.

Especially since, despite his declared love for Chicago, the former Wolves does not really hide his desires elsewhere and transfer rumors have existed for several weeks, in particular because he would like to join the Lakers.

Except that his big contract and his performances are cooling certain franchises, which explains why the situation is still not resolved.
