The Pacers looking for first draft rounds for Myles Turner and Caris LeVert | NBA

It’s hard to know what the Pacers’ workforce will look like the day after February 10, the transfer deadline. Rumors around Myles Turner and Caris LeVert in particular have continued to emerge in recent weeks.

Putting an end to players aged 25 and 27, who may not have reached their “prime” yet, okay. But in exchange for whom?

According to Hoopshype, the Indiana franchise is looking for two first-round draft picks or a high-potential youngster and a first-round draft pick to sell the league’s current top blocker. It is recalled that the departure of this one, very courted, could make room for Domantas Sabonis, whose name had initially been mentioned as a possible bargaining chip but who should not move in the end.

The only concern for potential applicants, Myles Turner is currently in the infirmary for a problem with his left foot, and he must meet a specialist to find out more.

In Caris LeVert, the team’s third leading scorer, the Pacers are looking for another first-round pick and a young talent. Hoopshype draws attention to the Cavs as potential deal partners. Holders of several Draft choices, they have indeed some young people (Isaac Okoro, Cedi Osman…) likely to interest the Pacers.

Finally, it is recalled that Myles Turner ($18 million) and Caris LeVert ($17.5 million) have the Pacers’ 3rd and 4th highest salaries, with a final year of contract for 2022/23.
