The NBA resumes Monday in Los Angeles

After postponing several games since Thursday due to the ongoing wildfires in the Los Angeles area, the NBA informed the Lakers and the Clippers that their scheduled games will take place Monday at the Crypto.com Arena and the Intuit Dome. The Lakers must host the Spurs, while the Clippers will host the Heat.

On Thursday, the league postponed the game between the Lakers and the Hornets at Crypto.com Arena, then on Friday, it decided to postpone the games between the Spurs and the Lakers and the Hornets and the Clippers. These three meetings will be rescheduled for later dates. Same thing for the Hawks – Rockets on Saturday, postponed due to ice.

The Spurs arrived in Santa Monica early Thursday after landing in Los Angeles from Milwaukee. The team checked into a hotel in Santa Monica but decided a few hours later to relocate to a hotel in downtown Los Angeles as a precaution.

After Monday's games, the Lakers are scheduled to host the Heat on Wednesday, while the Clippers will host the Nets.
