The McCombs family still close to the Spurs

Died on February 19, 2023 at the age of 95, “Red” McCombs had a profound impact on the history of the Spurs by investing in the franchise. The move to San Antonio in 1973? It's him. The name of the franchise? It would also be him because he was born in the town of Spur, Texas.
