The successful colors of the signature models of LaMelo Ball have often relied on their eccentricity and originality to fit the profile of the Hornets leader. With this MB.03 “Be You”, Puma is no exception to the rule on this point with a magnificent multi-colored color.
The model is inspired by the MB.03 “Toxic” with its covering between purple, pink and green, which we find here on the outsole with contours in “Slime” mode. The upper is also in purple and pink but this time with touches of yellow or different shades of blue. The midsole also comes out in light blue speckled with purple.

Our verdict on the MB.03
The MB.03 presents here the result of the learning carried out by Puma on the two previous models. The MB.01 and 02 models were already very good, and won over the general public with their “flashy” colors. But this third version is undoubtedly the best.
The sole is closer to that of the MB.01 and offers exceptional sensations with better comfort. The upper is all about support at all levels. And the design remains original with a specific theme as for the two previous editions, while the colors still promise to hit the headlines.
You really have to rack your brains to find faults (ventilation?). In any case, all the ingredients seem to be present for the MB.03 to be a hit on the courts this season. While waiting for the rest, the MB.03 is for the moment on the way to succeeding with dignity the PG 6, reference of the 2021-2022 season, and the LeBron 20 of last season, as a BasketUSA favorite on this start of the 2023-2024 financial year.
