Released three years ago, the MB.01 regularly comes back to spice up the news with some of the most disconcerting colors.
This time, it's a “Thermal” version that Puma offers, with a “Weatherman” style on its upper dressed in thermal patterns oscillating between red-orange, black and light green. The whole is completed by a good dose of neon green, to highlight the sole in particular, while the upper part of the shoe tends more towards red-orange, with logos and inscriptions in yellow.
Here is another pair that will not go unnoticed. The MB.01 “Thermal” is already available on Basket4Ballers at a price of 170 euros.
Our verdict on the MB.01
The MB.01 is rather surprising in a good way. The design is astonishing and stands out from the competition at first glance. But the model is ultimately quite efficient, with real work on cushioning and comfort without neglecting an explosive aspect.
The style will please some, not others at all, and perhaps that's what LaMelo Ball wanted, with a model in his image that he now helps to bring to life by wearing a different colorway at each match.
