“El Matador” is a nickname that suited the Real Madrid era perfectly well. Luka Doncicthen became “Luka Magic” following his repeated exploits across the Atlantic, in the jersey of the Dallas Mavericks.
Jordan Brand was inspired by this nickname to design a first colorway in red-orange and gold in 2022 on an Air Jordan 36, a few months before the release of Luka Doncic's first signature shoe.
The tradition was continued on the Jordan Luka 1, then the Jordan Luka 2, and we will therefore find it very soon on the Luke 3. Jordan Brand has this time opted for a completely new style with a white and beige-gold upper, complemented by gold stitching and flowers popping out in bright pink on the upper. The Jumpman and player logo appear in black on the heel and tongue. Inside it, there is a label on which we can read “El Matador”.
The Jordan Luka 3 “El Matador” is expected on October 10 in North America, priced at $130.
