Each year, the brand with the comma releases a pink color called “Aunt Pearl”, a pair tribute to the deceased aunt of Kevin Durant which also helps to educate the general public on the issue of cancer, breast cancer in particular.
In the midst of Pink October, a campaign to encourage breast cancer screening, the KD 15 “Aunt Pearl” comes in a mix of mesh and pink suede. The “Swoosh” features crystal patterns while the tongue has a “floral” design.
