The timing was almost perfect for Jordan Brand, which exclusively presented the Jordan Zion 4 just a few days before the return to play of Zion Williamson with the Pelicans, against the Wolves.
The jewel of New Orleans was thus able to wear his fourth signature shoe for the very first time. After presenting the “Damascus Steel” colorway, the release of which is scheduled for January 28, we move on today to the next two colors already announced for February 11 and March 11.
First there will be the “Mud to Marble” colorway, with an upper between black and turquoise blue matched with pale red finishes. Next will come the “Forged in Fire” version with two shades of orange and black to make up the upper.
For the Zion 4, Jordan Brand once again started almost from scratch, in terms of design in particular, and with the aim of responding to the qualities of power and speed of Zion Williamson. At the sole level, we find Cushlon 3.0 foam, arranged “drop-in” (directly in contact with the foot) like on the Zion 3, with an Air Zoom Strobel unit over the entire length. The outsole has also been worked to guarantee the best grip.
The Jordan Zion 4 is priced at $140.
