The five major of the week | Bam Adebayo must raise his voice

Very difficult choice on the “backcourt”, with a lot of deserving candidates. We think in particular of Donovan Mitchell and Ja Morant, but once again, it is very difficult to get out Stephen Curry.

The point guard missed Golden State’s only loss of the week and his influence on the Warriors is insane. On his 100 minutes on the floor in the last few days, his team has scored 59 points more than his opponents. Enough to allow Golden State to dominate the Clippers, the Jazz and then the Wolves in Minneapolis.

At his side, we honor Shake Miltonwho holds the house at the Sixers with the injuries of James Harden and Tyrese Maxey on the back lines, but also Joel Embiid inside.

on the wings, Giannis Antetokounmpo is unavoidable. Like Stephen Curry, his influence is enormous, with the Bucks having scored 55 points more than their opponents when he was on the court in the last four games. Well, he needed 30 more minutes and there was the loss to the Bulls, but still…

Jayson Tatum could have accompanied him but his teammate Jaylen Brown deserves to be highlighted as he is able to shine as a first lieutenant or as a leader of these Celtics at the top of the league.

Finally, under the circle, Nikola Jokic and Deandre Ayton could very well have slipped into the five major of the week but Bam Adebayo carries a decimated Heat by being more scoring than ever, and he therefore completes the team.
