The Celtics easily sweep the Nuggets in Abu Dhabi

Two matches, two victories. This is the result of the Celtics for this double confrontation against the Nuggets in Abu Dhabi, and this Sunday, the NBA champions decided not to leave room for suspense with a success of 26 points (130-104). In the wake of Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum, the Celtics reached the break with a seven-point lead (67-60). Sam Hauser at the end of the chain and Brown with his power had been the most prominent, while Nikola Jokic limited the damage on the Denver side.

Returning from the locker room, Joe Mazzulla places Payton Pritchard and Neemias Queta alongside Tatum, Brown and Derrick White, and the formula is a winner. Brown continues his festival, and when he is punished with a very serious technical foul, Derrick White compensates with a 3-point basket which gives 14 points in advance. We've only been playing for two minutes in the 3rd quarter, and Mike Malone takes a timeout.

Up to 35 points ahead!

At the end of the timeout, Tatum plants another 3-pointer, and Mazzulla decides to bring out his strong men. Hauser then takes over with elements from the end of the bench, and the gap exceeds 20 points. The Nuggets are drowned under the blows of Hauser and Pritchard, and they find themselves relegated to -33: 109 – 76! A look at the stats says a lot about the domination of the Celtics: 53% on shots, including 43% on 3-pointers. Opposite, Denver is on the street, like their 25 points conceded on lost balls and this 19% at 3-points.
