After a season spent between China and Puerto Rico, Tacko Fall and his 2m29 will make their big return to the NBA courts. It will be during the preseason and for the three New Zealand Breakers matches on American soil. Every year, this NBL team tours the United States, and it has therefore chosen to integrate the former Celtics pivot.
“I am very excited to be a part of this team and represent the BNZ Breakers. The opportunity to compete against NBA teams again is a great challenge, and I am looking forward to doing everything I can to help the club.”, said Tacko Fall.
Ousmane Dieng's former team
On October 5, he will be in the paint against the Jazz of the Markkanen-Kessler pair. On October 8, he should challenge Joel Embiid and the Sixers. Finally, on October 11, the Breakers will cross paths with their former player, Ousmane Dieng, since they will face the Thunder with an interesting opposition between Fall and Chet Holmgren.
“Tacko can change the course of a game on defense, and his NBA experience will be invaluable to us as we prepare to face some of the best teams in the world,” said team owner Matt Walsh, who said Fall would be released after the tour.
