Stephon Castle in the Slam Dunk Contest, Jordan Poole in the 3-point contest?

The 2025 All-Star Game is approaching and, on the sidelines of the All-Star Game (and its new formula which will try to revive interest in the event), the NBA is starting to distribute its invitations for the various competitions. So, Stephon Castle will participate in the next dunk contest, ad Shams Charaniafrom ESPN.

Nothing very surprising because the Spurs rookie has slammed a lot of explosive dunks since the start of the campaign.

On the side of Marc Spears, from Andscape, we announce that Jordan Poole would like to be an All-Star… except that he knows that it is very, very compromised given the collective results of the Wizards. However, even if he is not called up for the All-Star game, he would be ready to participate in the 3-point contest.

Here again, nothing illogical since he is one of the most prolific outside shooters, with 3.7 outside successes per game. Above all, he does it with a very clean 40.5% success rate! For the former Warrior, it would also be a significant return since the 2025 All-Star Game takes place at the Chase Center in San Francisco…
