The video set social networks on fire overnight from Sunday to Monday. We see Stephen Curry shoot five shots in a row, from the end of the field, with a rolled arm! As Curry is capable of all feats, many believed it. They were so numerous that the Warriors had to deny it on Sunday evening. But few people saw the denial, and this time it was Curry, himself, who confirmed it was a set-up.
“Does anyone believe that I put five in a row from 25 meters? » he asks, laughing. “I’ll let people be the judge of that, but it’s the ultimate compliment to be amazed by this, and not think it’s insane and it could be real. We had fun doing it. The Sports Illustrated team came up with ideas. I put two, in case some would ask the question. I didn’t wear any tonight. »
Ironically, Curry actually had a very complicated evening the day after this video was posted with a 3 of 17 on shots, including 2 of 10 from 3-pointers, against the Pacers.
