Stats & Highlights | The Raptors roller coaster, the Grizzlies on their way | NBA
February 11, 2022
We can’t stop the Raptors, the team in form at the moment. Toronto has an eighth straight win and fifth place in the Eastern Conference, owned by Philadelphia, is not far away.
For the Grizzlies, third place in the West is well consolidated, with a lead over fourth. Taylor Jenkins’ troops continue to win, with a fourth win in a row.

Detroit-Memphis: 107-132
Quiet victory for the Grizzlies, who knew how to make the evening easy. From the first quarter, Ja Morant and his band crush the Pistons with a 22-point lead. In the last two minutes of the first period, led by 25 units, Dwane Casey’s players react with a 10-0.
This dynamic is confirmed in the third quarter. Detroit is not far from falling below the ten-point mark, but the Grizzlies are solid. They start the last act with a 9-2 which restores the air. Fourth straight win for Memphis, sixth straight loss for Detroit.

Houston–Toronto: 120-139
Fred VanVleet absent, it was the duo Gary Trent Jr – Pascal Siakam who took care of everything in Toronto. Both players scored 51 points in the first period to start the Raptors. Nevertheless, the gap is not yet made.
In the last quarter, Toronto accelerated with a 9-2 and four points from Chris Boucher. Houston responds with a 14-5 including two award-winning baskets from Kevin Porter Jr. The Raptors take a time-out and then score seven in a row, with Gary Trent Jr. still in charge. He will finish with 42 points, well supported by a Siakam at 30 units. Eighth straight victory for the Canadians.
