Stats & Highlights | The Pistons still don’t win, neither do the Wizards

The gap is already widening after a month of competition, and the Spurs, the Pistons and the Wizards can already think about the next Draft… In Golden State, San Antonio suffers an 11th defeat in a row. It’s worse for the Pistons, who lose for the 13th time in a row! In the lead 10 minutes from the end, Monty Williams’ players thwarted in the last quarter with a festival of lost balls and passive defense.

Tyrese Haliburton, and especially Myles Turner, took the opportunity to finish the match with a 28-5, and end the match in freewheeling fashion. Indiana concludes this first round of the NBA tournament undefeated, and will have the privilege of hosting its quarter-final.

The defeats also follow one another for the Wizards, deprived of Bilal Coulibaly, injured in the knee. A logical setback since there were the Bucks opposite, and the Giannis-Lillard-Lopez trio compiled 101 points! Unleashed, Lopez scored 39 points, 14 out of 17 on shots. This is the first time in its history that Milwaukee has finished a game with three players at 30 points or more. This is Washington’s 8th defeat in a row.
