Stats & Highlights | The Pistons collapse, the Bulls resist | NBA
February 2, 2022
In its match against Orlando, the bottom of the league of the league, the leader of the East Chicago was scared. Fortunately, the Bulls were able to recover in the last four minutes of the game.
The Pistons did not have this success. Well in their game against New Orleans, they suffered in the second period, after the injury exit of Cade Cunningham, and lost after counting 15 points in advance.
Milwaukee–Washington Toronto–Miami Minnesota–Denver San Antonio–Golden State Phoenix–Brooklyn
Detroit–New Orleans: 101-111
The returns of Jerami Grant and Kelly Olynyk were going well and the Pistons were fifteen points ahead at the start of the third quarter. But everything will change in a few moments: the Pelicans will react with a 13-2 then Detroit will lose Cade Cunningham.
The rookie is hit in the hip and has to leave his partners. From then on, the Pistons thwart and lose balloons. After free throws from Brandon Ingram, New Orleans passes in front. Dwane Casey’s men do not find the target for almost five minutes! They also drop rebounds and the Pelicans, much better at the end of the game, end up winning.

Chicago–Orlando: 126-115
For almost 40 minutes, the Bulls dominated the proceedings with their attack. Both defenses remained in the locker room and Chicago had a ten-point lead. Except that for four minutes, for DeMar DeRozan and his teammates, it’s a void.
As they did not score any basket during these precious minutes, the Magic took the opportunity to come back and equalize at 115 everywhere. There are then less than four minutes to play. Zach LaVine finally breathes new life into the Bulls, before Ayo Dosunmu’s two shots. Billy Donovan’s players end the game with an 11-0 and avoid the robbery.
