Spurs lose Jeremy Sochan

Seven regular season games and it's already the tie for Jeremy Sochanwho injured the thumb of his left hand during the second quarter of the Spurs' last game lost to the Clippers on Monday night.

The Texan franchise announced that its Polish-American winger was suffering from thumb fracture and that a surgical operation was going to be scheduled for later this week. The duration of his unavailability has not been communicated but he should be unavailable for several weeks.

Very good in the victory against Wolves

Still at 200% on the field, and finally used in his real position after a failed experience as a playmaker, Jeremy Sochan had had a good start to the season so far, notably with an outing of 19 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists decisive in San Antonio's last victory, against Minnesota.

Another hard blow for the Spurs who must do without Gregg Popovich, absent until further notice for health reasons.
