The 2023-2024 season saw the arrival of the Skechers brand on the basketball shoe market, with headliners such as Terance Mann, Joel Embiid or even Julius RandleThe segment is already well filled, but paradoxically, more and more equipment manufacturers are managing to make a place for themselves there.
After the presentation of the “SKX Resagrip”, it is the turn of the “SKX Float”, worn this season by Julius Randle to be in the spotlight, with the cherry on the cake being the launch of the pair for sale in France!
A sole worked with Goodyear
The model here opts for a black colorway with a superposition of layers to compose the upper including breathable mesh on the vamp, with light lateral reinforcements in TPU to complete the support of the foot. The S logo of Sketchers stands out in a gradient going from purple to sky blue. The “SKS BBALL” appears on its side in purple on the label covering the laces.
The rear part of the outsole, worked with the Goodyear tire brand for grip, is presented in translucent blue. As for comfort and rebound, there is a “Hyper Burst” foam as a midsole, but also a “Hyper Burst Pro” insole to complete the device.
