Shake Milton will bounce back in New York

It won't have dragged on for Shake Miltonsince ESPN announces that he will engage with the Knicks until the end of the season, the day after his “buyout” with the Pistons. As he was released on time by Detroit, he will therefore be eligible to play in the playoffs with the New York franchise, currently 4th in the Eastern Conference (35-25).

At 27, the guard will in any case discover his fourth franchise in the NBA, and already his third of the season, after Detroit but especially Minnesota. In 42 matches during this year, he averaged 4.9 points, although being far from his shooting standards (only 40% skill, including a low 27% behind the arc).

Able to average almost 10 points, 3 assists and 37% at 3-points over the last four seasons (on the Philadelphia side), Shake Milton comes to strengthen the “backcourt” of new Yorkwhere he will compete with Alec Burks, Miles McBride and DaQuan Jeffries, with the aim of breathing down Jalen Brunson and Donte DiVincenzo within Tom Thibodeau's very tight rotation.
