Sasha Vezenkov already ready to leave Sacramento?

A little tour and then leaves, for Sasha Vezenkov has Sacramento ? According to our colleagues at Eurohoopsthe Bulgarian would have in fact indicated to the leaders of Kings that he would like to leave the Californian franchise.

For the moment, however, we do not know if the power forward will stay in the NBA, with another team, or if he will instead opt for a return to Europe, where he has enjoyed significant popularity since its big 2022/23 season.

However, the ball is now in the Kings' court, since the player is under contract for next season and he cannot just leave…

Recruited for three years (two of which are guaranteed) by the Kings in the summer of 2023, Sasha Vezenkov did not intend to make up the number there, but he was quickly relegated to the end of Mike Brown's bench, mainly because of his limitations in defense and its delicate adaptation to the speed of play across the Atlantic.

The Bulgarian, who will turn 29 in August, then managed to have fun with Sacramento, but his ankle injury slowed him down along the way and he finished his first “weird” year in the NBA with averages. 5.4 points and 2.3 rebounds (38% at 3-points) in 12 minutes and over 42 games.
