There are a few good point guards left without a contract, but San Antonio has decided to dip into its pool to replace Josh Primo, and it won’t be job for job. The Athletic announces that the Spurs have offered a one-year contract, not guaranteed, to Jordan Hall.
Undrafted, this tall rear (2m03) played in the summer league and the preseason with the Spurs. Initially signed in “two-way contract”, it was finally cut a week ago to make room for the imposing Charles Bassey.
Finally, the dismissal of Josh Primo but also the big injury of Blake Wesley prompted the Spurs to recall him. Passed by St. Joseph’s, he had 12.7 points, 6.3 rebounds and 5.7 assists over his two seasons. “Jordan Hall is a tall fullback with an imposing physique” confirms Tre Jones. “He can shoot and he feels the game well.”
The Spurs are signing former St. Joseph’s guard Jordan Hall to a one-year, non-guaranteed deal, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium. Hall spent summer league and preseason with the Spurs.
