Ryan Arcidiacono returns to New York

Ryan Arcidiacono never seems far from New York. Signed by the Knicks in January 2021 and January 2022, he was then traded to Portland in exchange for Josh Hart. But seven months later, the playmaker returns once again since the former Chicago player has signed with the Knicks.

Although details of the contract have not been given, our colleague Ian Begley explains that he signed an “Exhibit 9”. Clearly, his contract is not guaranteed and if Ryan Arcidiacono ever gets his place during the training camp, he will receive the minimum salary and will be free next summer.

In addition to finding a franchise that he knows well, the former Villanova will find some acquaintances. Indeed, Josh Hart, Jalen Brunson and Donte DiVincenzo won, with Ryan Arcidiacono, the NCAA title in 2016.
