Royce White wins Minnesota Republican primary

In the series “What happened to them?”here is some news from Royce Whitea former first-round draft pick of the Rockets in 2012, whose career was immediately halted by disorders related to his hyperanxiety and his inability to fly. Today, aged 33, he is done with basketball after stopovers in London and Canada, and here he is a candidate for the Senate in Minnesota!

On Tuesday, White won the primary for Donald Trump's party in his home state against Joe Fraser, and he will face Democrat Amy Klobuchar in November. “Royce White is clearly not prepared to be a senator and a candidate. His track record is shameful and Amy Klobuchar will have no trouble winning.” said a political analyst, quoted by NBC Sports.

In the tradition of Alex Jones or Steve Bannon, who introduced him to Trump, White has made a series of misogynistic, homophobic and anti-Semitic statements. He is also accused of having diverted campaign funds for personal purposes to the tune of $157,000 in personal expenses, including arrears in child support and a debt to a strip club.
